The Unilogo Cosmoline 30 line is a complete, integrated monoblock solution designed for filling, sealing, and preparing cosmetic jars. The device performs the entire production cycle:
product dosing → lid feeding → lid sealing → cap screwing → collection of finished jars.

The line is adapted to work with 50 ml Piatto jars (model S2205 – Novopak) and is ideal for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and household chemicals industries.

Module Description and function
Dosing system with FIP pump Precise dosing system with volume and speed control. The set includes two sets of dosing parts – the second one for quick replacement and cleaning outside the line.
Feeding and sealing system for 57 mm caps Automatic feeding of caps from the magazine and thermal sealing on the edge of the jar. Ensures tightness and aesthetic closure.
Cap screwing machine Automatic screwing station equipped with a torque control system, ensuring even and tight closure.
Dosing system stand Stable support structure allowing for adjustment and precise positioning of the FIP pump.
