Design and equipment: The mixer is a double-walled device operating in a vertical position. The design based on four tubular legs with adjustable feet ensures stability and precise leveling. The top cover is equipped with a propeller agitator drive.

✅ Body: made of 4 mm thick 1.4404 (316L) stainless steel sheet, internal diameter Ø951 mm.

✅ Top cover: finished with a 4 mm thick flange, also made of 1.4404 steel.

✅ Top bottom: includes, among others, an agitator flange, a manhole with a safety grid, product and vent connections, as well as cleaning and spare connections with plugs.

✅ Bottom plate (conical): made of 4 mm thick 1.4404 sheet metal, finished with a manual diaphragm valve.

✅ Insulation: cylindrical part and bottom plate insulated with 80 mm thick wool, protected by a hermetic insulation jacket.
