The ZMA-A/1 fixed tank is a high-quality process mixer, manufactured in accordance with GMP standards, designed for technological processes in the cosmetics industry. Construction:

The ZMA-A/1 tank is mounted on three adjustable legs with strain gauge scales, which allows for precise control of the product quantity. The upper conical bottom (15° slope) has connections for water, circulation, and the CIP cleaning system. The lower conical bottom (15° slope) is equipped with a DN51 pneumatic diaphragm drain valve, a Pt100 temperature sensor, and a minimum probe.
