The Unilogo Cosmoline 40 line is a modern filling system designed for the automatic filling, capping, and pressing of packages for liquid and semi-liquid products.
Built on reliable modules from the Cosmoline series, the line is characterized by high dosing precision, repeatability, and flexibility in adapting to different types of packages and caps.

The line includes:

Module	Description
S-Fill – filling station (4 dosing heads)	A precise filling module equipped with four dosing heads, allowing for quick and even filling of packages. The system is electronically controlled, with volume and dosing speed adjustment. Suitable for products of varying viscosity (e.g., shampoos, gels, emulsions, cosmetics).
Z2 – automatic capping machine	A dual-spindle automatic capping machine with adjustable torque. Designed for flat caps. Ensures a tight and aesthetic closure.
Z0 – belt press	A device that assists in the final closing and pressing of caps after initial capping. Guarantees perfect sealing and alignment of the cap on the package.
